This gorgeous, Western-appointed three bedroom townhome includes a fully-equipped office and a garage (absolutely essential during winter.) Each bedroom has its own color scheme and unique personality. *Two bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a comfortable day bed. (If additional privacy is desired, the bottom mattress can be placed in the office to improvise a FOURTH bedroom.) There is also a brand-new, queen-size air mattress. Additionally, the property boasts a chalet-style vaulted and beamed upstairs ceiling, a romantic fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, disposal, trash compactor, microwave, blender, pancake griddle, coffee maker, coffee grinder, Brita pitcher water filtration system, dishes, utensils, etc.), and a full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy the fantastic view from the large, elevated, redwood deck which offers furniture, a barbeque, and an outdoor fireplace. The spacious, beautifully landscaped, grassy back yard affords plenty of room for kids to comfortably and safely play outdoors in the summer and build snowmen in the winter. Every window at the property has a mountain view! Abundant towels and linens are provided in addition to many extras (children/adult/cook books, indoor/outdoor toys/games, cowboy hats, etc.)
A vehicle is definitely not necessary at this property. It is an easy stroll to numerous shops, restaurants, and picnic areas. There is also FREE daily shuttle service available continuously throughout the Town of Jackson with shuttle stops about a block away. You do not have to stay almost half-an-hour out-of-town at remote Teton Village, or several miles out-of-town at The Aspens, The Racquet Club, Teton Pines, or Wilson. (Ask for the physical property zip code ~ if it's not 83001 or 83002, it's not in the Town of Jackson.) You can have this outstanding in-town location between the ball park/playground and the charming, creekside jogging path/nature trail, while being only a few blocks away from the famed Town Square and Snow King Ski Resort:
"Opening day for Snow King Mountain is currently scheduled for December 5, 2010. Closing day is currently scheduled for March 29, 2011. We have 113 days of operation scheduled this winter. Snow King offers the best value for your skiing and riding dollar in the country!" (Compare to the Teton Village ski lift prices!!)

For a certain breed of pub-loving traveler, the perfect après-ski quaff is neither Jagermeister, nor a hot toddy, nor Red Bull and vodka. For these winter athletes—snowboarders and skiers alike—insistent that life is too short to pass up a powder day, a resort without a craft brewery is no resort at all. Fortunately, thanks to growing demand, such breweries have proliferated like snow bunnies, enabling the zymurgically-minded to add one more criteria to their vacation matrix. Hence, we have rounded up an array of first-rate North American ski resorts, but only those where a quality brewery can be found nearby. With this guide, you'll find top picks for both where to find fresh powder, as well as where to restore your mind and muscles with some of our favorite pints of Vitamin B. Prost!
7. Snake River Brewing
Jackson Hole, Wyoming
The Hill: From the laid-back vibe to the in-your-face steeps, Jackson Hole remains a major destination with a whole lotta soul. Built across two peaks—Apres Vous and Rendezvous—the area offers 2,500 acres of inbounds skiing and snowboarding, while backcountry gates open onto an additional 3,000 acres. Jackson Hole also boasts the longest vertical rise on the continent, a total of 4,139 feet.
The Beer: When your legs finally collapse, head for the Snake River Brewpub in downtown Jackson. The brewers are all jocks, who look to the outdoors for inspiration, and it has paid off beers such as the Zonker Stout, which has won the World Beer Cup three times.
In the know: Miles to go? Stick with the low-alcohol A.K. Session, which took second place at the 2009 Great American Beer Fest.
On the go: For a mere $1,400 you can enjoy a private tour and lessons from Olympic medalist Tommy Moe, an official Jackson Hole ambassador.
