"My family and i recently returned from staying in your Jackson Hole condo. Great location - condo was very comfortable and fully equipped. As a matter of fact, even the wildlife did their part. The morning we were leaving , my mom looked out the patio doors and starting screaming, there's a moose out here!! And there he stood- just minding his own business, trying to eat a tree - not 50 feet away from us! He wandered around for 20 minutes or so, then he just sauntered out of sight. Needless to say, we took tons of photos and felt this was just exactly how our vacation should end. Thanks again..."

Stay together and forget about booking expensive, impersonal hotel rooms with no kitchen, washer/dryer, or fireplace!  This gorgeous, Western-appointed three bedroom townhome includes a fully-equipped office and a garage (absolutely essential during winter.)  Each bedroom has its own unique personality.  Two bedrooms have a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds, which can be easily combined to make a king-size bed! There is also a comfortable queen-size air mattress available that can be used in the office to make a FOURTH bedroom.  All rooms have a door lock for complete privacy.  Additionally, the property boasts a chalet-style vaulted and beamed upstairs ceiling, a romantic wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, disposal, trash compactor, microwave, blender, pancake griddle, coffee maker, coffee grinder, dishes, utensils, etc.), and a full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy the fantastic view from the large, elevated, redwood deck which offers furniture, a barbeque, and an outdoor fireplace. The spacious, beautifully landscaped, grassy back yard affords plenty of room for kids to play outdoors in the summer and build snowmen in the winter. Every window at the property has a mountain view! Abundant towels and linens are provided in addition to many extras (children/adult/cook books, indoor/outdoor toys/games, cowboy hats, etc.)   

A vehicle is definitely not necessary at this property.  It is an easy stroll to numerous shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and picnic areas. There is also FREE daily shuttle service available continuously throughout the Town of Jackson (and Teton Village for a small fee) with shuttle stops about a block away.  You do not have to stay way out-of-town at remote Teton Village, or several miles out-of-town at The Aspens, The Racquet Club, Teton Pines, Wilson, or over the dangerous pass in Idaho. (Always ask where the property is SPECIFICALLY located so you don't end up in one of these places!)  You can have this outstanding in-town location between the ballpark/playground and the charming, creekside jogging path/nature trail, while being only a few blocks away from the famed Town Square and Snow King Ski Resort:

IMPORTANT:  Short-term vacation rentals are illegal in most of Jackson starting 2014.  Owners are strictly prohibited from renting for less than 30 days.  Since we comply with this law, there is absolutely zero chance that you will be visited by a code enforcement officer, etc., and/or evicted for renting illegally.  Before signing a rental agreement for less than 30 days, ask the owner for their lodging license number with the Town of Jackson, or check with the town directly.  Never pay ANYTHING unless you know for sure that the property is a legal rental. This is for your own protection and will assure that you have a great, hassle-free vacation.

2015 RENTAL DETAILS:  Available now at $3,000 per month with a 1 year lease, $3,500 per month with a 6 month lease, $4,000 per month with a 3 month lease, or $5,000 per month if renting month-to-month. {All rents are FIRM}. Standard first month, last month, refundable damage deposit {same amount as rent}, and good/recent references or credit report required. Of course, only 1 month's rent and the refundable damage deposit {$10,000 total} are required if renting for just 1 month, and references in this case are unnecessary. Lease will be drafted in 1 individual's name only and, for legal reasons, cannot be put in the name of a company/corporation. Sorry, absolutely NO SMOKING, and NO PETS allowed ~ no exceptions {HOA rules}. This property should not be compared to one of the low-end apartment complexes in Jackson that allows cats. We receive many inquiries from tenants there that need to break their lease, since the urine odor is so horrendous and it cannot be removed or masked. That is definitely not an issue at this property!

You don't have to live way out-of-town and commute to/from remote Teton Village, Wilson, Alpine, Rafter J, or ANYWHERE in Idaho. This 100% turn-key property with newly-cleaned plush carpet throughout {no cold wood or tile floors here} is conveniently located right in the Town of Jackson. It also boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with Whirlpool dishwasher, garbage disposal, trash compactor, and brand-new skylights. Its large, elevated, furnished deck offers a lovely/park-like view, Weber grill, and outdoor fireplace. The spacious, beautifully landscaped, grassy back yard affords plenty of room to play outdoors. Every window has a mountain view! Abundant dishes/utensils/cookware/towels/linens are provided in addition to many extras {including awesome neighbors}. Since this isn't a first floor apartment or condo, there's nothing constructed above it. Therefore, there are never any rowdy neighbors stomping, etc., overhead.

This townhome additionally offers vaulted ceilings, full-size washer/dryer, wood-burning stove with glass front {substantially more energy-efficient than a regular fireplace}, and garage with remote control door opener. {Garage is relatively small, so won't fit anything larger than an average size vehicle}. WiFi, telephone, satellite television {4 flat screen TV's}, garbage collection, landscaping, snow removal, and parking are all INCLUDED in the posted monthly rent. Tenant pays for water and electricity {reimburses owner ~ there's no hassle of having to open up all new utility accounts and having to pay their required deposits}.

Grand Teton Park begins about five miles north of Jackson on Highway 89. The entrance gates are at Moose Junction {12 miles north} and Moran Junction {30 miles north} of Jackson.

The south entrance of YNP is about 60 miles north on Highway 89. Old Faithful is approximately 40 miles farther, about 100 miles from Jackson.
